1. Scope of Engagement
By commissioning Zehra Infotech to develop websites, mobile applications, digital marketing campaigns, UI/UX designs, or brand identities, you agree to the service scope, milestones, and deliverable schedules detailed in your project proposal and agreement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of all contracted milestone payments, full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, bespoke source code, and design assets are transferred to the client, excluding third-party open-source components and proprietary frameworks licensed separately.
3. Project Delivery & Client Revisions
We work iteratively with milestone reviews. Each milestone includes standard revision rounds to ensure deliverables conform to mutual project specifications. Changes outside the agreed statement of work may be billed as additional change requests.
4. Warranty & Support
Unless specified otherwise in writing, all custom web and software applications developed by Zehra Infotech include a 30-day warranty against software defects and bugs from the official go-live launch date.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
